Louis is a founding partner of Milne O’Dwyer, which was established in 1973. He services a multi variety of clients drawn from the small/medium Enterprise, Corporate, Professional and Agri Sectors. He works closely with clients in providing a comprehensive menu of business and taxation solutions.


He is a qualified member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Irish Taxation Institute. He has a keen interest in community affairs and has served on a number of committees and boards on various local development issues.

<h1><strong>Aidan Egan</strong></h1>

Aidan joined Milne O Dwyer in 1991 and was appointed a Senior Partner in 2001. Aidan serves an extensive portfolio of clients including corporate and owner managed businesses in the Manufacturing, Leisure, Retail, Legal and Medical sectors.


In addition to Milne O Dwyer’s traditional range of compliance and advisory services, Aidan is actively involved in advising on the following topics:


  • Acquisition, Disposal and Valuation of Businesses
  • Project Finance – Initial Credit application to draw down
  • Revenue Audits / Investigations
  • Commercial Legacy Debt – Negotiation and Refinance Packages

Donal joined the firm in 1976 and has been a partner since 1981. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Registered Statutory Auditor and a Chartered Tax Advisor. He also holds a Diploma in Forensic Accounting. He has particular experience in the Media, Manufacturing and Construction sectors and advises a range of clients on Personal and Corporate Tax Planning, Succession Planning, Exit Strategies and Business Restructuring.


Donal’s past experience as a Qualified Financial Advisor and a Personal Insolvency Practitioner has provided him with the knowledge to help clients negotiate with their lenders in relation to existing borrowings and new applications.
